Did you change your mind and want to cancel or change your placed order? Can happen!

We only allow cancellations or changes when your order is not yet shipped (you did receive an email confirming shipment from us yet). Contact us via email with subject: "Cancellation or change to order nr: " and add your order number. When you cancel your order or change it to something with less value, the deficit will be returned, within 5-10 bussiness days, via the payment method you payed your order with. If you changed your order to something with more value, than an extra payment will be needed from your side.

All packages will be sent with DPD Belgium. We try to process your order within 5 bussiness days.
