Retour Voorwaarden

Retourneren:

Wilt u een product retourneren of ruilen? Dan kunt u dit via e-mail laten weten aan ons ( retour@tinycollectablewonders.com ). Vermeld hierbij steeds uw ordernummer zodat we dit vlot kunnen afhandelen. Wij hanteren strenge regels voor het retourneren van uw bestelling:

Het product moet ongeopend zijn, wij controleren dit zeer nauwkeurig en bij enig vermoeden van een geopend product zal de retour niet worden geaccepteerd
Retourneren kan enkel als uw retour binnen 14 dagen na levering bij ons wordt aangemeld. Voor briefpost zendingen bedraagt dit 2 dagen na verzending.
Retourneren is op eigen kosten en eigen risico.
Heb je een gratis product ontvangen en wil jij jouw bestelling retourneren? Dan dienen de gratis actieproducten ook ongeopend en in originele verpakking teruggestuurd te worden. Retourneer jij een deel van je bestelling? Dan kijken we of het recht op het actie product nog geldig is. Is dit niet zo? Dan ben je verplicht het actie product mee terug te sturen.

Bedenktijd - Herroepingsrecht:

Bevalt het product niet en wilt u het retour sturen, maak dit dan uiterlijk 14 dagen na levering kenbaar aan ons via mail (retour@tinycollectablewonders.com). Vermeld steeds uw ordernummer zodat wij dit vlot kunnen afhandelen. Wij accepteren alleen onbeschadigde en ongeopende producten retour. Mocht het product beschadigd of de verpakking meer beschadigd zijn dan nodig is om het product te proberen, dan kunnen we deze waardevermindering van het product aan u doorberekenen. Behandel het product dus met zorg en zorg ervoor dat deze bij een retour goed verpakt is. Opnieuw is retourneren op eigen kosten en eigen risico.

Cancellation Policy

Annuleren van uw bestelling kan VOOR het verkrijgen van een track and trace code via mail naar annulatie@tinycollectablewonders.com . Vermeld steeds uw ordernummer zodat wij dit vlot kunnen afhandelen. Van zodra u de track and trace code heeft ontvangen, is uw bestelling verwerkt. Indien u toch nog wenst te annuleren, dan geldt het retourbeleid. Dit wil dus zeggen dat u wacht tot uw bestelling arriveert bij u en daarna een retour aanvraagt zoals beschreven in het retour beleid vermeld op deze website.

Return Policy

Returns:
Would you like to return or exchange a product? Please inform us via email (retour@tinycollectablewonders.com) with your order number for swift processing. We adhere to strict rules for returning your order:

The product must be unopened; we inspect this carefully and any suspicion of an opened product will result in the return not being accepted.
Returns can only be made if your return is notified to us within 14 days after delivery. For postal shipments, this period is 2 days after dispatch.
Returns are at your own cost and risk.
If you received a free product and want to return your order, the free promotional products must also be returned unopened and in their original packaging. If you return part of your order, we will check if the entitlement to the promotional product is still valid. If not, you are required to return the promotional product as well.

Reflection Period - Right of Withdrawal:
If the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please notify us within 14 days of delivery via email (retour@tinycollectablewonders.com), mentioning your order number for efficient processing. We only accept returns of undamaged and unopened products. If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return. Once again, returns are at your own cost and risk.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of your order is possible BEFORE receiving a tracking number by emailing cancellation@tinycollectablewonders.com . Please include your order number for efficient handling. Once you have received the tracking number, your order has been processed. If you still wish to cancel, our return policy applies. This means you wait for your order to arrive and then request a return as described in the return policy on this website.
